Todd Anderson received a B.S. degree in computer science from Marshall University in 1992. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science in 1996 and 1999, respectively, from the University of Kentucky. Over the past 4 years, he has served as a network architect and senior software engineer for Intel Labs. His research interests include intra-network element architectures, distributed file/databases systems, and market-driven models for the exchange of resources on the Internet.
