Andre Broido got M.Sc in Mathematics from Moscow State (Lomonosov) University and Ph.Lic. in Mathematics from Stockholm University. He worked in complexity theory, signal processing and computer graphics applications for several fields, including geochemistry and seismology. Since 1996 his interests are associated with the Internet, where he is active in analysis of topology, couting, convergence, and BGP trends. He is an author of the concepts of BGP atoms and network spectroscopy. Andre wrote and co-authored 21 papers and reports and one book. He is a frequent presenter at forums like IETF, NANOG, ARIN, and research conferences sponsored by IEEE.
