Henry manages the Corporate Advanced Development Group for McDATA. His current responsibilities include development and management of advanced and emerging technologies, architecture and product development/partnership projects. His current project responsibilities include IP to Fibre Channel gateway, IP SAN switch/router, advanced routing for SANs, support of MAN and WAN, System Area Networks, InfiniBand, and high speed protocols/applications support in SAN networks. Henry has been with McDATA in this current role for over two years. Prior to joining McDATA, Henry held similar positions at Intel, Cabletron Systems, and Digital Equipment Corp. (networking business unit). Henry has over 31 patents in Ethernet, FDDI, switching, IP networking and Fibre Channel
